MAKE $100's MORE IN PRO-SHOP PROFIT ON EACH FALL TOURNAMENT.
------------------------------------------------------------
Conservatively, add another $200 profit to the bottom line for each tournament you host this fall. An assistant can do the work with the office equipment you already have (a copy machine and a computer printer). Have five more tournaments booked this year? Make another $1,000 in profit for the year. We will show you the math. You decide.

* The Big 6 with... N-Systems
-----------------------------------------------------------------

We're starting a new section this month called "The Big 6". It will answer the questions of who, what, where, when, why and how about a company whos' golf business is for the golf pro. We begin with N-Systems.

1. Who - Who are you?
Norman Golf Marketing, Inc. or N-Systems is a group of talented people with a passion for creating Digital Golfers. Mr. MG Orender, National Vice President of The PGA of America, and President of Hampton Golf, Inc., is our first board member and my personal mentor. Who am I? I am Travis A. Norman, founder of Norman Golf Marketing, and Vice President of Marketing for Hampton Golf, Inc. I have been marketing golf courses through out Florida now for over 10 years, and currently market five from Georgia to Central Florida.

2. What - What product/service do you provide to the golf community?
We offer a complete e-mail marketing package or what we like to call creating Digital Golfers. There are three major components that must be in place to consider
yourself a complete e-mail marketing service and they are Collecting, Storing, and
Utilizing. For the last few years now in the golf industry everyone has been told to collect e-mail addresses, but no one has said this is how you do it and effectively utilize the Digital Golfers.

How - How does it work?

Collecting - A Mini kiosk is stationed at your golf shop allowing your guest to enter their name, e-mail address, and zip code.

- Manual collection is inefficient.
- Human error, from manual collection to data entry, is up to 75% inaccurate!
- N-Systems allow you over a 90% data entry accuracy rate! Mini Kiosks are attractive and require less counter space.

Storing - Storing the collected data on a reliable server written in a reliable language is key to future of your data and your business.

- Unlimited storage capacity.
- Transported real time to server and ready to utilize.
- Requires no Hard Drive space.
- Your Digital Golfers can be reached anytime, anywhere for free!

Utilizing - Marketing your golf course by e-mail blasting needs to be done timely, accurately and fast!

- A clean, name merged document every time!
- Specific sorting (Course, Region, Members, Non-Members, Zip Codes, etc.).
- HTML documents present colorful exciting messages with no downloading.
- Success reports give you number of e-mails sent each time for return tracking.
- Communicate golf tips, savings and club events!

4. Where - Where do you sell your product? Only in US, certain areas in US, worldwide, etc.

N-Systems is currently being sold primerely in the US although we are currently writing it in Spanish and have future plans of expanding in the next 24 months internationally.

5. When - When did you begin, and how long have you been in business?

I personally have been in the golf industry for over ten years and the N-Systems product has been in development for a little over two years. The launch of N-Systems to the consumer happened at the Spring 2002 ING conference and we have since picked up Honours Golf to utilize the system (King & Bear @ World Golf Village, St. Augustine, FL).

6. Why - Why should someone purchase your product over your competitions?

That is a great question, you should hands down choose N-Systems, because we are the complete e-mail marketing company (capturing, storing, and utilizing). Others in the business simply offer bits and pieces charging more for their product!
