Golf Marketing Announces Purchase of Flagstick Guarantee, LLC

NORWALK, CT-- (April 22, 2002)--Golf Marketing's (http://www.hole-in-won.com) Mike Mayo, VP of Office Operations announced today that Golf Marketing has finalized the purchase agreement of Flagstick Guarantee LLC a regional prize promotion company located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. "This purchase will increase our sales volume in the area of 10-15%, but our company will not be stopping there, we are currently in negotiations with an additional industry firm to purchase, and we hope to make that final announcement, shortly, in the upcoming weeks," continued Mayo.

"Our company was very thrilled to be purchased by Golf Marketing, we have been aware of them for years, respect their quality of work, and therefore we know our clients will be taken care of, with the highest professional standards, which was our highest priority," stated Alan Bird, Managing Director of Flagstick Guarantee LLC.

"Terms of the sale, were not readily available, but, it was the best arrangement for both companies," stated Roy Feldman, Vice President of Internet Operations. "Golf Marketing is just continuing to strengthen its presence in the Golf Industry and by adding Flagstick Guarantee's we have accomplished that. We are very excited about this purchase and we will continue to be the #1 leader in this field," added Feldman.
