Golf Teams With DuPont Cool Max World Amateur Handicap Championships
FRESNO, Calif. (July 29, 2002) It was announced today that Castlehawk
Golf in Fresno, California, makers of the handcrafted LeX 1, will be
honored as the official Putter manufacturer for the largest golf tournament
in the world, the DuPont Cool Max World Handicap Championships.

Castlehawk is the first golf company ever to develop a metal-to-metal
break (metal shaft to metal hitting face) with its patented ConTouredCompositeHosel
(CCH) technology. Vibration or the feel of the putt is absorbed in the
composite urethane hosel and transmitted to the hands and doesn't use
an insert to create a totally different feeling when the ball rolls
off the face.
Over 82% of total overall club weight is located below the equator of
the golf ball at address and creates a true roll almost immediately
when the putt is stroked.
The LeX 1 can be ordered in 12 different hosel colors and logos placed
in 5 different locations on the putter head for personalization or corporate
branding.
Suggested Retail for the LeX 1 is $229.95 and $249.95 with custom features.

Two other new model designs the 2~WIN and the LeX 2 will make their
debut at the DuPont Cool Max Event.
The DuPont Cool Max World Amateur Handicap Championships take place
August 26-30 in Myrtle Beach, SC. There is expected to be over 4,000
golfers of all ages and handicap index skill levels playing on over
60 courses during the weeklong golf tournament event.
