SMT Golf Wins The Season Ending LDA Tour Championship
CHICAGO, IL--(November 12, 2002)--SMT Golf, Designers and manufacturers of precision crafted titanium components, and winner of the coveted World Long Drive title in Mesquite Nevada in both the Open & Senior Division, reports that Vince Howell wins the year ending, LDA Tour Championship with their New Nemesis head. The Same head that won the Senior Division of the World Long Drive Finals.
"An amazing year," said SMT Golf Owner, Mike Tait. "I am really quite proud of the fact that the World's longest drivers are gravitating to my heads, this being our first year in the business of precision crafted heads, and we are beating the biggest OEM names in the world on a regular basis. It is also making an impact on the everyday player as well. After all, if it is longer for the Pro's it will be longer for the amateur as well."
ESPN will televise The World Long Drive Finals on December 21 and December 25. Check local listings for times.
