Major ICN Alliance Announced
SAN CLEMENTE, CA--(November 5, 2002)--The InVicta Club World Alliance ("InVicta") and the International Club Network ("ICN") announced today that they have entered into an agreement to allow the members of each organization total access to both the InVicta and ICN club networks. ICN has approximately 200 high-end private clubs around the world. InVicta will soon have approximately 200 high-end private, daily fee, and resort clubs in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Under the terms of the agreement, each company will continue to operate its business separately and will continue to add new clubs to their already prestigious collection of clubs.
