AhLaCart - The Retractable Food Tray For Golf Carts
Have you ever tried to eat a snack at the turn, only to spill it on your clothes or have it fall on the floor and end up as squirrel food? "AhLaCart" has eliminated that problem with its new retractable food tray for golf carts that attaches to your cart's steering column. Designed and developed by a former golf professional and marketed by TDW Enterprises in Parrish, FL. the ingenious 'AhLaCart" is so handy that you can use it to hold your sandwich or other snacks while continuing to play. The "AhLaCart" can also be used to hold other items such as glasses, cell phones, glove, etc., or as a great utility tray for tailgate functions.
"AhLaCart" is a totally new concept and product developed for use by golf courses and private cart owners. It is the very first Retractable Food Service Tray developed for use on all makes and models of golf carts. "AhLaCart" easily mounts onto the steering column of any cart and swings out between the driver and passenger when needed. When not in use it stores neatly on top of the steering column. The patented retractable design and unique mounting feature insure limited vibration, easy accessibility, and convenient out-of-the-way storage.
"At last there is a solution to the mess and aggravation of trying to eat a hot dog, hamburger or sandwich during a round of golf," said Danny Stickle, President and CEO of the company. "Golfers who ride have always had to balance or juggle their food on the seat, floorboard, or glove box when the cart is in motion or when they need to hit a shot." Invariably they make a mess or spill the food and genuinely don't enjoy the experience. "AhLaCart" eliminates this problem by providing a stable and convenient food tray, much like the old Drive-in Restaurant and Drive-in Movie Theaters offered their customers. The fact is, most golfers get hungry during the 4 to 5 hours they are on the course…. but many don't order food because of the aggravation involved, and instead settle for a pack of crackers or chips while the golf course loses the revenue of the higher priced food items and consequently nobody wins. This product is a much needed low cost player amenity, as well as a revenue producer for the course."
"AhLaCart" is constructed of the same heavy-gauge, weather resistant, injection molded plastics that are used for cart roofs. The tray itself is recessed to restrict slippage and washes or hoses off easily with built-in drainage. It is available in 10" round or 12" x 9" rectangular models and a choice of white or black colors. Golf course name, logo, menu, or advertising may be displayed on the tray's surface.
